Daqing's robot laser cutting workstations deliver ±0.05mm positioning accuracy across carbon steel, aluminum, and composite materials.
With a minimum focus spot below 0.1mm and up to 20mm cutting depth at 6,000W, these systems handle everything from thin-gauge sheet to heavy structural profiles -- including 3D curved surfaces and custom pipe profiles demanded by UAE construction and Saudi Vision 2030 manufacturing projects.

Daqing's robot laser welding workstations run at 5× the speed of conventional welding -- with multi-sensor monitoring, full temperature control, and intelligent arc management that eliminates pin-holes and weld bead collapse.
Each workstation is built around custom fixture designs and PLC integration, engineered specifically for your production line. Available in 1,500W, 2,000W, and 3,000W configurations with swing welding seam width up to 2mm.
