COMMON QUESTIONS
ANSWERED
Technical questions about laser marking machine selection, operation, and integration? Our engineering team provides pre-sales consultation to ensure you specify the right system for your production requirements.
Sample Testing: 3-7 Days
Send us your material and we'll provide a verified marking sample before you order.
Standard Lead Time: 15-30 Days
From order confirmation to dispatch from Foshan, China.
On-site Installation & Training
Available for UAE, KSA, and international deployments.
What is a MOPA fiber laser and why is it better for certain applications?
MOPA (Master Oscillator Power Amplifier) fiber lasers allow independent control of pulse width and frequency, enabling finer control over marking depth, color, and material effect. This makes them ideal for color marking on stainless steel and detailed engraving on sensitive materials where standard Q-switched lasers may cause thermal damage or poor contrast.
Can the handheld laser marker work without mains electricity?
Yes. The lithium battery version supports detachable battery operation for fully portable, off-grid field marking with the same performance as the plug-in version. This makes it suitable for construction sites, warehouses, and remote locations across the UAE and Saudi Arabia where mains power access is limited.
What file formats does the marking software support?
The marking software supports BMP, DXF, HPGL, JPEG, and PLT vector/raster formats. Standard barcode and traceability formats are also supported, including CODE39, CODE128, and CODE126QR -- covering most industrial serialization and regulatory marking requirements.
How long does it take to receive a machine after ordering?
Standard laser marking machines ship within 15-30 days from order confirmation. If you require a sample test before committing to an order, we can complete material testing within 3-7 days. Custom configurations or integration with automation fixtures may require additional lead time -- contact our sales team for a project-specific schedule.
Can the KKVS4.0 vision system handle multiple SKUs on the same production line?
Yes. The KKVS4.0 platform is designed to handle variable product sizes, shapes, and marking content within a single production run. The system automatically identifies each product's position and orientation, then applies the corresponding marking template -- enabling mixed-SKU lines without manual changeover or fixture adjustment.
